Q: Do you have any contracts?

A: No. We do not have contracts. We believe that you should “want” to have us take care of your service needs and not “have to” because you are in a contract. We want you to have the best coffee experience possible!


Q: What kind of coffees do you carry?

A: We have access to over 12 different roasters. Please go to our Products Page and look under the Coffee pull down menu for a good list of our coffees.


Q: How do I choose the right coffee?

A: We would be happy to bring pre-brewed coffee and doughnuts to your office.
We can treat your office to a fun “blind taste test” so you and your staff can select the coffee you like best. We bring doughnuts and pre-brewed coffee to your office for a great morning of coffee tasting and coffee knowledge.


Q: How does coffee come packaged?

A: We have portion packs, filter packs, bulk, K-cups. You name it we can get it!


Q: How much is coffee service going to cost me?

A: We have no rental fees, delivery fees, service fees, or installation fees! You pay only for the products you purchase from us. Depending on the type of coffee you choose and your monthly volume you can get into our coffee service for as little as $.65 per pot. It really is almost too good to be true!


Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ACH, Checks, and of course Cash.


Q: Can you help manage my expenses?

A: We have automated handhelds which uplink to our office computers. These computers track your usage and purchase patterns. We can help manage your expenses by providing quarterly, bi-annual, or annual usage reports to help you track your volume and expenses. Your route driver will work with you to ensure you are never over stocked or run out of product.


Q: Do you have minimums?

A: We can discuss your volume to determine whether coffee service would be a good fit for your company.


Q: What do I need for you to install?

A: For plumbed-in brewers we need access to a water source (usually a sink) and a designated power outlet.


Q: Can I get your Water Cooler Service even if I don’t need Coffee Service?

A: Yes! We have many customers who are water cooler only accounts.
